In Rosora, in one of the 25 crus of the Castelli di Jesi, since 1970 the Cavallaro family has passionately cultivated the vineyards of the Croce del Moro hill.
From a dream of Giuseppe Cavallaro passed down by his son Bruno and his nephews Giorgio and Federico, united by a great friendship with Leo Felici, their territorial interpretation of one of the quintessential Italian white wines was born: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
